Dr. Ahmad Akanbi Adewunmi

Engineer II, CIPR

Dr. Adewunmi is an active researcher at the Center for Integrative Petroleum Research, the research hub of the College of Petroleum Engineering and Geosciences at KFUPM. His area of research includes enhanced oil recovery, polymer gel design for water control in the petroleum industry, emulsion technology and nano-materials for diverse applications.

Ridha joined center of integrative petroleum research (CIPR) as a petroleum engineer in 2016. His experience in CIPR revolves around special core analysis labs. An active member in enhanced oil recovery (EOR) and acidizing groups. In addition, he’s taking role of mentoring graduate students to perform their core-flooding experiments.

Mahmoud Elsayed

Engineer II, CIPR

Mr. Mahmoud Elsayed is currently working as an Engineer in the Center for Integrative Petroleum Research at the College of Petroleum Engineering & Geoscience. He has done extensive training at The University of Western Australia (UWA) in advanced NMR rock core analysis techniques – specifically diffusion and propagator measurements. He is actively participating in research and providing training to graduate students and Aramco’s NMR laboratory Personnel on NMR experiments. He also participated in writing several proposal projects with Aramco.
