College of Petroleum Engineering & Geosciences is pleased to announce the accomplishments received by its faculty members recently. 𝑫𝒓. 𝑴𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝑲𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒌𝒊, Professor in Geosciences Department, has been elected as a Foreign Member of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences. This is the highest honour for any academician in Poland and it is a society that is limited to only 300 members.

 

𝑫𝒓. 𝑨𝒃𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒛𝒊𝒛 𝑨. 𝑨𝒍-𝑴𝒂𝒋𝒆𝒅, Associate Professor in Petroleum Engineering, is the recipient of the 2020 SPE Distinguished Member Award. This Award acknowledges members who have attained eminence in the petroleum industry or the academic community, or who have made significant contributions to SPE.

 

𝑫𝒓. 𝑹𝒂𝒉𝒖𝒍 𝑮𝒂𝒋𝒃𝒉𝒊𝒚𝒆, Assistant Professor in Petroleum Engineering, is the recipient of the 2020 SPE Regional Service Award. This award acknowledges exceptional contributions to SPE at the section or regional level and recognizes singular devotion of time and effort to the programs and development of the member’s section and region.
