The AAPG Student Chapter at KFUPM is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering a deeper understanding of geosciences among students and preparing them for successful careers in the industry. Mission

Develop and promote research projects among geoscience students at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), supported by the AAPG and adhering to its guidelines. These projects will cover various topics, preparing student chapter members to meet the current needs of the oil, gas, and energy industries. With technical assistance from industry professionals, we will apply our research to real-world problems, fostering connections between academia and industry through AAPG Student Chapter programs.

Vision

To become the most active AAPG Student Chapter in the Middle East region by offering high-impact activities to all members, including talks, short courses, seminars, networking events, and more.
